What exactly does the selection of candidates entail?

A representative of our company and a representative of your company will participate in the selection.

Completing immigration formalities

After the recruitment and selection stage is over, preparations are made to bring the selected candidates into the country for employment. MBV Recruitment handles the preparation of work documentation in Romania, with a mandate to represent your company before the authorities. We also take care of obtaining the long-stay work visa and residence permit, as well as the transfer from the airport to your company representative for transportation to the work site.

Important: At MBV Recruitment:

• We provide the necessary support and advice during employment for the purpose of good integration.
• We offer you the renewal of the residence permit for 1 year for the employees recruited by us
• And on top of that, you get a 6-month warranty period with free replacement
